Landstar Orientation Process – What Owner-Operators Need to Know

The start of your trucking business with Landstar begins with a two-day orientation program designed to set you up for long-term success. As a Landstar Business Capacity Owner (BCO), you are not just a driver; you are a small-business owner with tools, support, and freedom to grow your operation.

Whether you are a seasoned owner-operator or just getting started, Landstar orientation provides the education, resources, and connections you need to run a safe and profitable business.

After you have submitted your Landstar application to lease with us and you have been accepted, you will then attend a two-day orientation. During this orientation, one day is dedicated to learning how to run a successful and profitable trucking business.
